HETC Signed agreement with Spanish company -- Huanbohai Occidental
Feb. 25th, 2019, Dalian Huanbohai Energy Trading Center (HETC) Signed cooperation agreement with Huanbohai Occidental, authorize the President of Huanbohai Occidental — Mr. Jose Javier Silva Ruiz as the Chief Representative of HETC in Europe. Mr. Jose Javier Silva Ruiz is fully authorized to expansion of energy , mineral and engineering projects in Europe and surrounding areas on behalf of HETC. The representative office is located in Madrid, Spain.
