HETC was invited to Vienna head office by OPEC
Dalian Huanbohai Energy Trading Center (HETC) was invited by H.E.Mohammad Sanusi Barkindo — the secretary general of OPEC to attend business cooperation negotiation in Vienna, Austria. Mr. Yan Bin–Chairman of the board in Liancai Group China, Mr.Jose Javier Silva Ruiz — general representative (Europe) of HETC and Mr. Frank F.Lou — general representative (North America) of HETC attend the meeting. This is the first time that Chinese private energy enterprises were invited to dock with OPEC for trading cooperation activities, which will produce positive impelling effect in enhancing China’s voice and influence in international energy trade.
The president Mr. Zhu Shiliang introduced HETC which is the first energy trading center including commodity spot transaction and supply chain financial to H.E.Mohammad Sanusi Barkindo. HETC has been providing professional, market-oriented efficient quality service to thousands of energy supplier and trader members, and now HETC has gradually become the widely recognized international energy trading platform at home and abroad.
H.E.Mohammad Sanusi Barkindo gave high evaluation and full affirmation to HETC’s new trading patterns and Huanbohai Price Index, and looked forward to cooperate in short future. Both parties hoped to establish a new communication bridge between OPEC and HETC after this negotiation, and also had an in-depth discussion on the innovation of world crude oil production and sales pattern and the settlement of international crude oil in multiple-currencies under the current international situation.
After the discussion, H.E.Mohammad Sanusi Barkindo, secretary general of OPEC invited HETC delegation to have a welcome lunch in OPEC head office.
